Invited by the Wine & Business of Lille, Delphine Révillon revealed the Brut Secret at the private tastingon 27th January at an exceptional Hotel: L’hermitage Ganotois *****.
Conquered by its elegance, its original aromas, its fin bubbles and surprised by the mildness of Pinot Meunier, it is on the wine menu of L’Hermitage, his gastronomic restaurant that Laurant Nicolas, the Master of Hotel Sommelier, chose to put forward Delphine REVILLON Champagne.
It will accompany the delicate cooking flavor of Richard Demandrille, following with the seasons and the best products of the region.
