For the second edition of “Chefs make their circus”, Delphine REVILLON Champagne joined Rotary Club of Roubaix-Est with their action for the benefit of the Foundation “Cœur et Artères”. This year there are still great chefs of the region Hauts-de-France gathering foe this exceptional dinner under the magic tent of circus Arlette GRUSS. After a tasting of “Brut Secret” animated by Delphine et Yann SATIN, Chef Sommelier of prestigious Westminster Hotel of Touquet, Christophe HAGNERELLE, Philippe BELOT an their colleagues made an original menu for us. With a keen eye of Yannick HORNEZ, the TV gastronomy critical journalist but also a clown during those hours, our guest of the night, Eugène HORBRAICHE, recently starred to “Haut bonheur de la Table” at Cassel let us profit his enlightened opinion about the performance of his peers.
